There is no way to avoid or prevent the side effects of alcohol consumption including a hangover, other than to avoid alcohol altogether, however, there are safety measures you can take, such as following safe drinking guidelines, counting your drinks, and taking a dietary supplement to help you replenish the nutrients lost when drinking alcohol
